a. Users must create an account on the Platform to access its features and services. b. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. c. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
a. Users shall use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. b. Users shall not engage in any activity that may harm or interfere with the Platform's functionality, security, or usability. c. Users shall not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful practises on the Platform.
a. Users may create listings to offer goods or services for sale on the Platform. b. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. c. Users shall fulfil their obligations and deliver the goods or services as described in their listings. d. Users shall not engage in any false or misleading advertising or misrepresentations on the Platform.
a. Users agree to pay the applicable fees or commissions for using the Platform's services, as specified by the Company. b. Users shall provide accurate and up-to-date payment information for processing transactions on the Platform. c. The Company may deduct applicable fees or commissions from Users' payments before transferring the remaining balance.
a. Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights in the content they upload or submit to the Platform. b. Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute their content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
a. Users' personal information and data will be collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. b. Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
a. Users acknowledge that due to the nature of digital products, refunds for digital products are generally not available. b. Users are encouraged to review the product descriptions, specifications, and any available demos or samples before making a purchase. c. In exceptional cases, where a User believes there is a legitimate reason for a refund request for a digital product, such as a technical defect or misrepresentation, the User shall contact the Seller directly to discuss possible resolutions.
a. Users agree to resolve any disputes or claims arising from their use of the Platform through negotiation, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution methods. b. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
a. The Company may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform for violation of this Agreement or any other policies or guidelines of the Company.
a. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform or any transactions conducted on the Platform.
a. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform after such notification shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
